Appointments

We are dedicated to making your experience at our office as seemless as possible. That is why once you have made an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you and you alone. Please call us today to make your initial visit. We are so excited to meet you!

Cancellation

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This will allow us to schedule other patients who are waiting for necessary treatment as well as avoiding any charges to you. A fee will be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.

Our Financial Policy

Thank you for choosing us as your dental health care provider. As part of our service, we try to contain the ever-rising cost of dental care. In order to do this, we have implemented our financial policy, for those with and without insurance.

Payment is expected in full on the day services are rendered. If we are filing Insurance, you will be responsible for any deductibles and or estimated patient portions on that day. Once Insurance has paid any remaining balances will be your responsibility. For your convenience, we accept CASH, CHECKS, CARE CREDIT and all major Credit Cards.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have Insurance you need to understand that this is not a guarantee of payment. All treatment fees are ultimately your responsibility.
