The Oral Surgical Institute at Celebration Health is a private practice that specializes in the Art and Science of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. We consult, diagnose and treat a wide variety of oral conditions including Impacted Wisdom Teeth, Oral Pathology Lesions, Developmental Jaw Disorders and Maxillofacial Trauma. Reconstruction of the jaws and oral cavity through the use of Bone and Soft Tissue Grafts and placement of Dental and Maxillofacial Implants are other areas of expertise in surgery that we offer to the patients.

The Oral Surgical Institute at Celebration health is solely owned and operated by John H. Hardeman DDS, MD. With over 18 years of experience in surgery and a compassionate, caring approach to the patient, Dr. Hardeman has established a reputation for himself that is time honored and respected by his patients and peers alike.
