Dr. Blankenship asks that all children are allowed to accompany her staff through the dental experience without parental presence.

Her staff members are highly experienced in helping children overcome anxiety. Numerous studies along with experience have shown that most children react more positively when permitted to experience the dental visit on their own and in a child friendly environment.

We also ask that you notify our office 24 hours prior to appointment time if you wish to cancel or change an appointment.

Dental Emergency Procedures

All injuries should be treated as soon as possible, to save your child from unnecessary pain and in some cases to save a tooth. Whenever the face, lips, cheeks, or tongue are cut and bleeding, pieces of dirt, debris or fragments of fractured teeth may be imbedded in the cut.

* Toothache
* Broken tooth
* Bitten tongue or lip
* Objects caught between teeth
* Possible broken jaw
